Worst customer service ever cold fries burnt burger dark extra crunchy chicken tenders
Pissed waited 15 minutes at speaker so rolled up to window waited 10 more minutes before anyone came to window. Orded food waited almost 20 minutes they had me pull to the side...only to get home and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I do not eat beef I asked for a spicy chicken and they gave me a 2 beef patty sandwich. Because it was snowing I was not going back such a waist.
Went thru the drive thru, said i had a coupon on the Wendys app, they said ok and when we pulled up they said they don't take coupons on the app. Not sure why they couldn't tell us before we ordered. They did nothing to make it better and when they gave us the bag of food the bottom of the bag had a bunch of sauce and onions stuck to it, we had to ask for napkins in order to clean up their mess. Definitly wont be going again!
Love it but can only afford it once in a while.
Won't be coming back here no time soon. The cashiers handles money one minute then goes over touching the food and kitchen area with no signs of hand washing
