Looks like they have a whole new crew. The lady I had did not even know on Mondays if you order the 6.99 burger you have unlimited fries. They tried to charge me for a basket of fries. And use the excuse, "I am new here". Do not know what happened to the old crew, they knew me by face and what I usually get. And we're generally pretty good. Holding out to see if this crew gets better.
Did not wait long to be seated yet sat for 15 minutes before even getting a drink order. The hostess had to get our drink order because my server never even came over to introduce herself, say hello or anything. We ended up getting up and leaving. We went to the Applebee's on Miller Rd & received excellent service.
Trevor is great. He works for car side to go and he is the only reason I continue to spend my money there.
Decided to give this particular Applebee's a second chance because I was given a $10 off card from my previous "not up to par" experience. I'm sad to say that not much had changed as far as service was concerned. Missing items from to-go order, waited 20 min at bar after placing & waiting the stated 15min & was not impressed by the waitress demeanor when I brought the missing items to her attention. Fortunately, food was pretty good. Once we got it all.
Polite and attentive staff. Our server was great at describing the food for us. He even suggested ordering our food in a slightly different way to save money and get a free appetizer. Happy hour was also very reasonable.
Didn't realize I spent $12 on a salad to get 4 pieces of steak.
