This is what you get when you pay for extra meat. Than when i showed the girl behind the counter she argued with me and said that the meat gets weighed, even after showing her the sandwich. Never again! If you visit this place don't forget to bring your own meat if you want to eat a good sandwich.
I'm honestly surprised at all the negative comments. I've had several great experiences here. The two girls that have served me were friendly enough and the food was fine. I've eaten at locations in Detroit and it was about the same. It would be nice if they employed at least two people to run the restaurant. Both times I've been in it was single coverage.
Kid was rude on his phone, ordered jumbo large classic italian. No extra meat or cheese, dry no sauce no nothing. Light lettuce, tomato and no onion or peppers. Very disappointed!
Well my food was ok there service was relent but the food was flat like vary little meat lot of Salad and other than that everything was fine I guess
I've ordered several times, and the service gets worse each time. I've been waiting an hour and 1/2 for our food. I call them to ask where it's at. She tells me, it's still at the store because her driver didn't show up. Why would they not call me and tell me this? I asked her, why they didn't call, she didn't have an answer. I said "so my food is probably cold!" She says "no, it's under a heating lamp." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I placed my order at 1:07 pm. I called at 2:27 pm, to have them tell me the food has been sitting under a heating lamp. I told them to cancel my order. We will NOT be ordering for this place again!
