I going to Lowe's I asked for help they walked me right over to the item I ask questions and give me the answers and it's a great store thank you very much for being very good with your customers
Severely underwhelmed and greatly disappointed in the service at Lowe's. There were associates everywhere yet I had to push a help button and stare at two guys chatting it up two aisles down who kept looking at me (in the aisle that was dinging over the PA) and finally asked them if they knew who was in charge of the area I needed assistance in. Surprise surprise it was one of them. Needed help in paint, couldn't get anyone to help as multiple people walked by. Left and went to Home Depot and were greeted, asked if we needed assistance twice, and even asked if we needed help getting our purchase loaded up. GREAT service at HOME DEPOT. Save yourself the hassle and just go across the street from the start.
