Think I found a new favorite store. Great prices which beat almost anywhere around. Great selection and love what they have to offer. They also help the local kids in need which is awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. Ill be going there again for sure.
If you are looking for customer service and a nice shopping experience, keep driving to Tractor Supply Company. It took me 10 minutes to locate an employee who said he couldn't help me because he was not actually on the clock. The second employee I found informed me that he'd just come back from lunch and hadn't clocked in yet so he couldn't help me either. I went to the front to have someone paged, waited another 5 minutes, and then gave it up as bad business and headed to TSC.
Went in to look at mowers and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I ended up buying a mower and found out the next day that I didn't need it. I was able to return it next day no problems. Great customer service, I will definitely shop here again and recommend them.
A nice store, and well laid out. My first few visits here provided me with the opportunity to experience first class customer service in relation to a somewhat problematic product. The manager, Nick, responded with unusual speed and laudable integrity. I will shop here regularly and heartily recommend it to any of my friends.
Good luck trying to find anyone to help you. The guy in front of me needed something and the cashier was try to call the manager for at least 5 minutes. He never did show up. It was 10 in the morning and the store was empty. First and last time here.
