I was very good customers to people I keep paying my bill every time in mouth. Last year I got a TV from them last time the LG TV it was so terrible they gave me a bad TV. They said it's my fault I broke the TV. You can't say it was a bad company.E Court Street Burton is the worst place to make business. I wish I can find another place with Aaron. Yeah they do yell at you on the phone.
I am very disappointed in Aaron's. We spoke with a man named Jason about getting our $25 discount for referring a friend, he told us yesterday a district manager quit and therefore the discount didn't post but he will apply it to our account. He informed us the bill will be $75, well my husband debit card was charged for the amount of $108.00 so we called and spoke with him again and he basically said it was nothing he can do about it and will make sure it's applied the next time. Now we going to be short on our rent because they're not doing their job. How in the hell you can't refund money back to someone card. We will be cancelling this card and will pay you guys when we get ready for the next payment. This was ridiculous and horrible service, we did not authorize $108.00 charge, we didn't even sign up for E-pay, we thought we were calling to pay the 75 dollars manually. Something needs to be done about this, we will no longer recommend anyone else.

Manager Jason very rude, almost like he doesn't want any business. No willingness to help. Won't do business at this location again. I called in asking about a piece of furniture I saw. I told him where I saw it and he said it wasn't there. I come into the store and there it was.... Laziness.
