I've been to this store three times, twice today. They have helped me and have shown great sensitivity to my problems and have given me solutions. The solutions have not included large charges. Took my cracked phone in for repair. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. When the repair was more complicated than expected the staff contacted me letting me there would be a delay. They detailed the solution and followed through. Great service!
