When I first went into the store, I was skeptic about switching carriers for I have been with one for over 20 years. Chase and Maranda were very exceeded my expectations for they were very thorough, went over by AT&T obligations more than once, when I walked out of the store I felt like I made two new friends that I knew I could trust. Customer service is very rare today however this store is filled with everything a potential buyer is looking for from walking you to the door or asking you about your day just to name a few. If you are in the market for a new phone, television, Internet AT&T Burton is the place to go. They are the experts. This type of service is seldom witnessed today that is why most people shop online. I assure you, you will feel like you’ve been taken care of honestly.
The store is wonderfully staffed. I have been there several times. The cutest and most helpful sales rep there Mr. Tyler is always helping someone no matter if its a sale or just a question. He is amazing and took very good care of me and a few of my friends ive sent his way. I highly recommend this location and that sales rep!
My first encounter with Miranda over the phone was amazing. She explained to me what she wanted to me to do with my iPhone and her directions were clear and very easy to follow. She was very friendly and patient with me. Sometimes I get a little anxious with new technology, but she totally put me at ease with her kindness and friendliness. Being treated like this definitely makes me want to have Miranda as my designated AT&T representative. Top notch and very knowledgeable, competent and someone I would definitely love to do business with in the future.
Christmas eve and i decided to do 2 phones today. Tyler took care of me and was extremely helpful and cheery. Got all my info transferred and everything activated real fast.
