Hes been my family doctor for 22 years, he's family friendly and gets the job done. Sometimes there can be a long wait period, but other than that he's a great doctor.
My husband and I have yet to be able to even see this doctor. We have been calling for weeks to set up and appointment for my husband. We continue to be told that they need to verify insurance, yet we never receive a call back. I finally called today for an explanation, I was told that they are still working on it and we would receive a call back once it was complete. When I asked why we did not receive a call stating the process would take so long, I was told they don't do that. When I asked what my husband should do in the mean time for his illness I was told "I'm not sure" I would not recommend this office to anyone. I am a Multiple Sclerosis patient, I seen specialists often. It usually takes me months to get an appointment but even then there is always communication and people are polite. The ladies at Dr Lopez office where rude at best, unhelpful and had a very "not my problem" attitude. Do not waste your time attempting to see this Doctor.
Extremely poor communication with patients, future patients, and/or insurance providers. I was told numerous times (after waiting three days for a call back) that my children were not covered under my health plan, and only after directly involving my provider was told that they were not accepting new patients.
Dr. Lopez is great! He takes the time to really help people.
I'm under the impression that this office is choosing not to accept military health insurance, based on my personal experience with their staff.
