Cons: lack the professional knowledge and experience expected (could not take heart rate on a still, well behaved pet)
My black shorthair cat has been a member of my family for 15 years. He was with me since before I got married, before I had kids through tough times and good times. Tonight he was struggling to breathe so I packed him in my truck and rushed him to these kind folks. Unfortunately my buddy Midnight didn’t make the journey. The staff at this clinic cleaned him up, glued his eyes shut so my kids could say goodbye without being scarred and made a paw print pendant. They even let me have a private room to compose myself and say goodbye to bubba. Thank you for your kindness tonight.
My cat was really struggling and we had to make the decision to put her down. It was a Saturday early evening. Unfortunately it had to be done right away to avoid suffering. We googled emergency services and found this place. They were so nice and helpful. The room was peaceful and not your typical metal table area. They allowed us time and to hold her. They also created a foot print impression for us to take home. I recently received a "we are sorry for your loss card" sign by everyone. No one wants to put a family member down but I appreciate how they made the experience as gentle and heartfelt as possible.
I got flowers today at work w a beautiful card stating how sorry they were about having to euthanize my 13 yr old shih tzu Buddy. He had major congestive heart failure & major difficulty breathing. I was so surprised. Very compassionate people there that day. Some of the reviews on this site aren't too positive but I must say I had a very positive experience w the staff & vets with what I had to do for Buddy. They were very compassionate, gave me lots of time w Buddy and treated him like their own. I even got a huge hug from one of the vets. Thank you for your time and most of all your compassion. It was very much appreciated!!
I had to have my wonderful friend of 16 years put to sleep on Labor day. I was treated with such compassion and care and they treated my Gideon with the same compassion and care. They were excellent and I would recommend them for all emergency situations. The staff is awesome and the doctors are wonderful. I would like to thank them for making a horrible decision bearable.
