Seriously? We moved in in November 2015. Our rent was $660, not including water. January 2016, they raised it to $730 for "Maintenance costs", which they don't do any maintenance around here, besides mowing the lawn at the clubhouse. We were told our water heater was new, but it goes out every time we fix it. Then whenever we call maintenance to come fix it, they tell us it's not their problem. Then, in January 2017, our rent was raised again to $780. The damn clubhouse is only open 1 day a week for 3 hours.

The management is really stern and contradicting. One park manager would tell us one thing is okay for us to do, then a day later another park manager would knock on our door telling us to get the stuff (like a kids play set) off of our lawn. The rent is REALLY high. But with the new paving in just some of the streets im glad its going somewhere. I feel like they could afford to,( by charging 800 dollars a month) make the kids park better. More things to play with and not give me the fear of having my nephew get tetnis when playing on it.

"As you know, this is the time of year when notice is typically given about upcoming rent adjustments. Rent increases are driven by the fact that our operating costs, such as taxes, insurance, utilities, etc, increase year after year. This was again true during the last year." -Management; Centennial Farms MHC.

Edit: Moved in during the middle of 2016, and then at the beginning of 2017 our lease payment was increased due to increased "maintenance costs"; How much does it honestly cost to mow the grass around here? I have yet to see the improvement in maintenance around the neighborhood. From what I've seen they are spending the money on black-topping the roads and getting a street sweeper to clean the roads. I'm sure once the black-top is all down the park owner with continue to raise lease payments and push people out until new suckers move in. There is also this one douche with a blue truck who does nothing but start the damn thing and rev the engine repeatedly, and then turn it off; This happened all summer of 2016, and he started again in 2017, and park management refuses to do anything about it.

A little side note from my last Edit, the roads were never completed and I have only seen that street sweeper once.

The park manager does not enforce any part of the park rules that benefit others; all they care about is whether or not they get paid. People parking on the narrow roads, speeding, playing obnoxiously loud music, yards left unkempt, and things magically disappearing from people's yards if left unlocked. Started leasing a home here, regrettably; Don't make the same mistake as us.

Have lived here only a few months but absolutely love it!

Edit #2: It's that time of year again for Centennial Farms to increase the cost of living here on us without showing need. They are increasing the cost of rent by $17 for each month in 2018.

Doesn't take a genius to realize how ludicrous that is. Can't wait to see how much they bend me over next year. I'll be taking my lease agreement to a lawyer to see if I can put a stop to this.

What's up with all these negative reviews? I was considering moving here.....guess not, thank goodness for the internet.
