Place is Very Shady, They tell you to Pay to get Pre-Approved and you will have first shot at rentals, which everybody is Pre-Approved or they wont deal with you...So there is NO "First Shot"....then they play the Bidding War ,they say "there are Multiple lookers," but there is no way of you knowing this is true...so then you have to put in a bid..trying to jack the price up....so the asking price is NOT what you are going to pay....for people like us, we needed a rental quick as we sold our home, and Desperation should NOT be a factor when trying to get a roof over your head. .Crooks in my opinion.

I have had a great and wonderful experience with this company!! Definitely a business I would recommend to anyone in the line of renting, buying, or selling!! They go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met and are very helpful so check them out you won't be disappointed!!
This place is shady as hell and have terrible customer service. We lost heat last winter and they charged us to fix it!! Only reason we stayed was because we were looking for house to buy. Not to mention the people they let stay in the apartments are white trash. Glad to be out soon!! STAY AWAY!!!!
