Super nice folks and as bad as I want to help them out with a good review, I just can't.

Took the wife there for her Birthday this past Thursday 12/28/2017. Paid for the Jacuzzi room. Room 101 at the Cost of $110 per Night. Room was Dirty in General, Bedding had assorted "Stains" on the Top blanket. Cobwebs were in most of the corners. The tile in the jacuzzi area was badly chipped and broken on the floor and around the tub. The caulk and grout all the way around tub was peeling and patchy and obviously not scrubbed and cleaned recently. Back side of bathroom door and trim on other side of bathroom door both had what appeared to be blood or some kind of other bodily fluid that had been there for awhile and never touched to be cleaned. Went to front office and was told i could contact management tomorrow morning but nothing else they could do as far as returning my money then and there. We got there at 7 pm and by 9 pm my wife was in tears about the conditions so we turned in the key and left and have not recieved a response as to a return of funds.

Hopefully they are able to spray the rooms down with bug killer and update the paint, cracked drywall, the toilet that don't shut off, I could go on but why...

Worst experience of my life. Very disgusting. The staff and management are ignorant and rude. The room smell like urine. My bed had bed bugs on it. And also when asking them if i could get a house keeper to clean the room they got upset and told me to leave without a refund. Never again in my life will I go there or recommend anyone else to go. Also they are pedophiles and racists. HORRIBLE

This place is absolutely disgusting. I booked a double bed room reservation through Priceline for this hotel. Upon checking in, I thought it wouldn't be too awful. Once I got to my room (210) I tried both keys I was given multiple times for about 3 minutes and was unsuccessful. I went back to the front desk and let the hotel clerk know that the keys didn't work. He swiped them again and told me to try room 137. I walk back around the building to room 137 and try both cards again with no luck in getting them to work. After a few minutes of trying, the hotel clerk came walking up and used his own key to get me into my room. He attempted numerous times to get my keys to work and got a green light only once and told me I would just have to keep trying if they weren't working for me. Once inside the room, I checked the beds for bedbugs saw 2 of them whipped out my phone and recorded them. I had my 2 year old nephew and sister staying in the room with me. My mother was there dropping them off and came in the room to help get us settled in. She was walking around inspecting the place and found a huge hole in the floor. This hole was open and went straight down about 4 feet to the crawl space under the room. The ground inside the hole was full of water. It was absolutely unsanitary and unsafe. Had the board of health been present, they would have shut the place down, I'm sure. There was also electrical wiring showing on the wall above where the hole in the floor was. I turned the heater on to see if it would work, since the room was sincerely freezing cold, and the heater barely blew. I checked the bathroom to see what the condition of it was and it was just as poor as the rest of the room. I decided to go up front and get a refund. There was absolutely no way I was going to be pay and stay at a motel that would rent a room out that was in that condition. Especially with my nephew with me. The hotel clerk up front told me I'd have to come back in the morning to get a refund because a manager had to approve and administer the refund. I went out to the car and told my mother what he had said and that I would just come back in the morning and she said, no way. She went inside and demanded a refund. The clerk had me fill out a piece of paper and gave me my refund right then and there. I got a receipt to prove so and went on about my way. There is no doubt in my mind that the clerk wasn't going to end up letting me get my money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. IT IS DISGUSTING AND WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH AT ONCE POINT IN TIME DUE TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER ADMINISTERING ILLEGAL PESTICIDES TO GET RID OF BED BUGS BACK IN 2016

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is a salmonella pool.

This is a great hotel if u let getting woke up from bed bugs at 3 am. Or if you are looking for a strung out hookers to buy Xanax from. Rooms are dirty and stink. We stayed 12-8-17 and booked for two nights. Didn't even make it threw the first night and found bed bugs everywhere once I woke up at 2 am from being bit. Went to the front desk and they moved me to room 209. Same problem. I called the managers number they posted and the man talked to me like i was lying. Looking through there reviews they obviously have a bed bug issue that they no about and have clearly known about for months. They even still try to deny it. Do not stay hear
