This place should be shut down, worst medical care I've ever received. Nurses wearing very strong purfume, doctors that you have to speak very slowly so they can understand you and good luck understanding them. I was the only person in the waiting room and it still took over an hour to get me in. No organization or communication.

I’m not upset over the wait that I had - like everyone else on here who doesn’t work in healthcare yet seems to enjoy complaining about their wait - I’m upset over wasting my time just to make no progress whatsoever.

HORRIBLE! My wife got there at 6:20 pm and no other patients were there except her. Waiting room was empty. She didn't get called back for over an hr. Dr Kumar was on call. He was rude, belittling, and unprofessional! By the time she left there it was too late to get the antibiotic she needed for a simple bladder infection. The next morning she went to the pharmacy and the script that was written wasn't covered by our insurance. Seven hrs later I called them and had to ask them to please send the new script to the pharmacy because they never did. NEVER send anyone you care about there!

Awful so far. They offer a service where you can "save your spot in line" on line to shorten your wait time. Don't be fooled, it's a joke, I made an appointment for 4:47 pm, arrived 10- mins early and have been waiting an hour when there was only 2 before me. We were there a total of 3-hrs

I took my 96 year old dad for an urgent care visit when his PCP was not able to see him. We reserved a seat from home (don't bother)--we had an appointment for 12:30. Arrived at 12:15 and filled out the paperwork. Escorted back at 12:45. Then waited 30 minutes for the medical assistant to come for initial testing. We then waited 60 minutes for the physician. He did his testing and ordered a chest X-ray. It took 90 minutes for the X-ray tech to take him. It was almost 5:00 when we left our 12:30 appointment. This is horrible

I work in healthcare and am not worried about the wait time as I understand that things sometimes happen that cause service to be slow.

My concern was with my physician. He entered the exam room and the first words out of his mouth were “what’s going on in here?”. What kind of greeting is that? I attempted to explain to him why I was there to be seen but he cut me off more than once and I wasn’t able to get my whole story out to him. He rudely instructed me to lie down so he could examine what he needed to examine but he never once even laid a hand on me - and I do mean that in the most literal sense possible. He asked why I had declined to begin treatment from a previous diagnosis and I explained that I simply wanted a second opinion. I told him that when I called this morning to inquire about the necessary testing I was told to come in and the test could be performed. The physician told me in the exam room that they aren’t able to run the test that I need which upset me because I was ther for 2+ hours. I suppose that’s more the receptionists fault for misguiding me though. Regardless, the physician I had was beyond rude by cutting me off at all let alone more than once. He didn’t seem to care about what was going on with me at all. I was very let down and disappointed by the quality of the care I received from him.
