So I ended my membership and had to leave because they put Liars, Thieves, and condone aggressive staff atmosphere.
I did not have these problems at Planet Fitness (Waterford Location)
Then when I went to work out for next 3 month Brianna would stare at me and crumple her face in anger and hatred giving me dirty looks,.. as if I did something wrong or was the one who stole money and was dirty liar.
Brianna's "theft and deceit" is of the lowest level. Brianna's "theft and deceit" caused my account to Overdraft, and caused me Financial damages and stress dealing with my bank.
Setup my account online (@Waterford).
Transferred account online to (Burton).
Stopped by employee (Brianna(smiling black girl)). She said I couldn't enter until I signed "waiver". I said I already signed one. She LIED and said needed to sign one here.
THIEF BRIANNA (black girl employee)
She had me sign 10x what she said, " this one is WAIVERS, and this one RULES".
I caution any to stay away Planet Fitness (Burton Location).
CORRUPT BRIANNA
Very big place. Very nice staff.
Got my bank statement. Account "OVERDRAWN!!!", "$35 OVERDRAFT FEE".
Speaking with my experience with a buddy in the area who had gone there.. he said same thing happened to him, the place is corrupt, run by Liars and Thieves and he complained and had to leave.

I love working out here. It's really clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Corporate said she ( Brianna) LIED and went into my account, (CORRUPTION) and deleted my membership and resigned me up for Black Card membership(Thieves Stole).
The managers are stealing money from customers. They took money from me even after canceling my account.
She went in computer and I was at touch screen that was too tiny for me to read and had damaged touch screen with black line running across screen covering words.
She wasn't fired.
I reported to corporate that she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable they did nothing about the situation and said "Call manager Alex".
I spoke with manager Alex. He corrected my account and refunded the $10 Brianna stoled in their computer system, but offered nothing to fix financial damages with my bank and he didn't discipline Brianna, and acted as if it were a mistake.
I told her I didn't want my account messed with or pushed into Black Card membership.
Walked in first day @Burton location.
So I called the MANAGER Alex (who said nothing he could do).
She smiled, (LIED THROUGH HER TEETH) looked me in my eyes and said "trust her"...
