I am VERY disappointed in this office. My two boys were going there and they were not very careful with them. I was told I could not go in the back with them. Every time them going one of them came out saying the dentist hurt their mouth. Recently we had a daughter and she had a bad experience with one doctor so now she is very cautious of any one in a white coat or office setting. They let her go back with her oldest brother and she came out and they pulled me to the side and that she wouldn't let them check out her mouth but they had a feeling that she was a type of girl that got what she wanted and she was a bit on the spoiled side. She got upset when they took her other brother back and was a little upset she couldn't go back again. The hygienist (I think) came back out and told her "well since you are used to getting every thing you want come back here now. I am very angry and upset that some one would have the nerve to say that. You should not work with kids if you are this rude. As we my first son came out he was crying. I asked what was wrong and they had pulled me aside once again and said oh he will be fine. I asked what happened and she told me that she asked my son if he knew any one with dentures. Of course he said his grandpa and she told him that if he doesn't brush his teeth his will fall out just like him. Who says that to an 8 year old. I am disgusted with this place. They have always been on the rude side but not like this. Also my two boys had gotten checked out and they said my oldest would have to come back to find out about his molars. I had enough and took them to a new dentist today and my other son had to get a filling. So they were just going to let me have a cavity and not do anything about it. Also they have been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL about giving the new dentist the x rays! Now I am trying to get them. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY!!
