I told her my companion has already finished her coffee. Why didn't something just put the bagel in the toaster? It only takes about 30 seconds.
Jean (manager), Melanie, Jamaica, Zoe, Alana, Luke and Adrianna have got to be the hardest working Tim Hortons crew that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Tim Hortons has become my home away from home when it is time to work, caffeinate, and hold meetings. This location is clean and the entire staff goes above and beyond in order to make their customers happy. They really should be considered by corporate offices for positions of leadership working with new locations and locations requiring support. In addition to promotions, this team and location should be held as the standard for how to run and maintain a Tim Hortons in order to create brand loyalty. As long as they are part of the Tim Hortons brand, I will certainly be loyal.
Ordered two coffees, a donut and a toasted bagel.
To this I was informed that she was making drinks, that it was someone else's job.
My coffee was lukewarm. Also, the man in front of me kept being told the register couldn't take cash and he would have to wait. However, no one was addressing the problem. I offered to buy his coffee, but he declined.
You guys DO know that Hot Coffee is... Well HOT. WHY are your employees (stated BY an employee) not allowed to offer a sleeve with the HOT COFFEE? Yet the other Tim Hortons automatically put one on or ask? Sad. And kinda Rude.
My donut was given to me minutes later as the girl called me up.
We sat and drank our coffee and about 10 minutes later, I went up to inquire about the bagel.
Service was terrible.
I hate giving bad reviews but this is becoming more and more commonplace.

This Tim Hortons is the worst one. The staff is terrible, inconsiderate, and incredibly slow. Neither the Tim Hortons food/beverages nor the Coldstone food/beverages are up to par with any other locations.
